Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day from our US warehouse.

Free US Shipping $200+

Free standard domestic shipping automatically applied on orders totaling $200 or more.

One-Time Purchases

Strictly single transactions. No recurring billing, hidden fees, or subscriptions.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship domestic orders to all states within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an automated notification with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are determined based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. You can review all shipping options and costs prior to finalizing your order.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and may vary depending on external factors such as weather delays, carrier holidays, or regional volume.

4. Shipping & Insurance Disclaimer (UCC Title Transfer)

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier (including but not limited to USPS or UPS), title and risk of loss pass to the buyer in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). At that point, the shipment is no longer the physical responsibility of NuScience Peptides.

Insurance Notice: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that if you voluntarily waive shipping insurance, NuScience Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If you receive your order with damaged items or if a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at info@nuscience-peptide.com directly to file a claim.

Please save all original packaging materials, boxes, and damaged goods before filing a claim to ensure prompt processing.
