1. Laboratory Research Use Only

The products we offer are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. In purchasing any of these items, the customer acknowledges that there are risks involved with handling or distribution of these products. These chemicals are NOT intended to be used as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications. The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products will be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals.

NuScience Peptides reserves the right to limit and/or deny sales of products to any unqualified individuals if we have reason to believe that misuse will occur. Under NO circumstances shall/should ANY of these materials be used for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes.

2. Age Verification & Indemnification

All customers MUST be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products. Under no circumstances shall NuScience Peptides or any associated affiliates be liable for consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.

3. Professional Affiliation & Misuse Database

The purchaser warrants that they are affiliated with a laboratory, institution, university, or other research-based facility which warrants the purchase and use of products sold by NuScience Peptides, for research purposes only. Anyone purchasing without said affiliations commits a fraudulent act for which they could be held liable.

All users are required to fully understand that any communication which leads us to believe that you will use these products in a manner other than intended will result in a refusal to sell alert emailed to you. All collected information will be added to our internal “banned” database which every order is checked against. We will under no circumstances tolerate the misuse of our website or products.

4. Payments, Coupons & One-Time Purchase Policy

No Combining Discounts: At no time can coupons, discounts, or sales be combined or stacked. Once a coupon is used, it cannot be used again and will be automatically refunded if improperly stacked.

Strictly One-Time Purchases: All products sold by NuScience Peptides are offered strictly as one-time purchases. NuScience Peptides does not offer, operate, or participate in any subscription-based, auto-renewal, or recurring billing programs. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no future charges will be made unless the customer initiates a new, separate transaction.

5. Shipping, Processing & Risk of Loss Disclaimer

Shipping Destinations: We ship to all states within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

UCC Title & Risk of Loss: Once your order has been transferred to the carrier (including but not limited to USPS or UPS), title and risk of loss pass to the buyer in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). If you voluntarily waive shipping insurance, NuScience Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

6. Refunds, Returns & Order Cancellations

No Returns Accepted: Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns.

In the rare occasion that your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please email info@nuscience-peptide.com for assistance. Our support team will assist you promptly.

Cancellations: Order cancellations must be requested by email before the shipment has dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New Mexico, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
